HOTEL ROOM CARDS

You can now easily order RFID room card keys online. Simply upload the required design for both sides of the card and checkout. Use our handy templates below to create or transfer your design.

Our cars will work with Ving, Onity, Salto and Dormakaba systems. PLease make sure to choose the correct RFID chip for your system. This information can usually be easily obtained from your door lock manufacturer, or if your are still unsure please contact us where we will do our best to help.

Standard Sizing

Our cards are 86 x 54mm which is the same size as a standard debit / credit card.

Fully Laser Etched

Our wooden cards can be fully etched both sides. You can also have a different design on each side of the card. Please allow a 2mm bleed area around the permeameter of the card.

Environmentally Friendly

Our wooden room cards are very environmentally friendly, as well as having a quality and unique look.

Q&A's

How long does my order take?

We aim to ship orders within 30 days of the order being placed.

Can i have a different design on each side?

Yes no problem. Please upload desired design for each side. If only one design is uploaded we will leave the reverse side blank. If you require the same deisgn both sides please upload the same file for each side.

Will the cards work with my current system?

We offer RFID chips for all systems, if you are unsure which chip you need, please get in touch where we will do our best to assist.

Can I change my design after ordering?

Yes, you can change the design 48h hours after ordering. After this is may still be possible but would depend at what stage in production we are. Please get in contact.
