UK Shipping

UK shipping is free of charge on all orders. Non bespoke items will be shipped same day before 3PM. All bespoke items will be shipped within 30 days. 

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original intact packaging.

You must contact us before making your return. If no contact is made we will return the item back to you. 

Any bespoke printed items can not be returned for refund or exchange.
